This detox soup is full of anti-inflammatory ingredients and is incredibly easy to make. Just add everything to your slow cooker or your pressure cooker (both directions are below) and come back to a nourishing soup! 

Ingredients
1 large onions sliced
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoons turmeric powder
8 ounces shiitake mushrooms sliced
4 large carrots sliced
4 celery stalks chopped
1½ pounds boneless chicken breasts
8 cups chicken stock
3 cups sliced kale
3 cups sliced green cabbage
1 cups cilantro chopped
