The nutty flavor of the three grains lends some heartiness to your morning meal. Try topping the cereal with toasted pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, or chopped macadamia nuts. Add your favorite fresh or frozen fruit and a splash of non-dairy milk for a nourishing breakfast!

5 cups water
