Preparation Note
A few hours before you want to make this, cut a large honeydew melon in half. Scoop out the seeds, then cut the melon into wedges. Use a sharp knife to remove the peel, then chop each wedge into chunks. Place melon chunks onto a rimmed cookie sheet and freeze for at least 3 hours.
