These refried beans are so much more flavorful than the kind you can get in a can. Serve them as a simple side dish with Chipotle Lime Chicken or Steak Fajitas, or use them to fill a quesadilla or enchiladas. 

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onions diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
½ teaspoons chili powder
¼ teaspoons ground cumin
3 cups cooked, drained, and rinsed pinto beans (2 cans)
½ cups chicken bone broth (or vegetable stock)
