Sorrel, kale, collards, nettles, and fresh mint leaves all work very well! Add less fruit if you need to reduce the amount of fruit sugars in your diet.

Spring Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 small pears cored and chopped
2 small granny smith apples cored and chopped
2 kiwi fruit peeled and chopped
1 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
2 lemons juiced
2 cups water
1 cups chopped sorrel leaves
2 cups chopped kale
½ cups fresh nettles
½ cups dandelion leaves
1 handfuls fresh mint
