This delicious, nourishing Phase 3 Elimination Diet recipe is very easy to make. The wraps can be prepared and then stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Go ahead and get creative by using whatever ingredients you would like. I like to add my Raw Super Green Salad to the filling of these wraps, but you could use fresh leaf lettuce or baby arugula!

Collard Wraps with Raw Sunflower Pate


Sunflower Seed Pate

2 cups raw sunflower seeds soaked for 6 to 8 hours
1 cups chopped celery stalks
¼ cups diced shallots
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoons dried thyme
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoons sea salt

Other Ingredients

1 bunches collard greens
2 large carrots grated
½ cups broccoli sprouts
1 medium avocados sliced
