Raw Super Green Salad

8 cups thinly sliced kale (or collards and chard)
¼ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cups extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoons sea salt
2 cloves garlic crushed

Optional Additions:

grated beets
grated carrots
chopped parsley
pine nuts
raw sunflower seeds
