Mango-Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
6 tablespoons kudzu
½ cups water
4 cups diced mango
1 cans coconut milk
¼ cups raw honey (or maple syrup)
2 teaspoons non-alcoholic vanilla

Optional Topping

1 diced mango
unsweetened shredded coconut
