This beautiful green detox soup is easy to digest, light, and nourishing. Add in additional fresh herbs if desired—try dill, tarragon, or oregano. Freeze cooled soup in wide-mouthed pint or quart jars for later use.

Ingredients
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large leeks chopped
2 pounds zucchini chopped
1 pounds green beans ends trimmed
8 cups chicken bone broth (or water)
3 teaspoons Herbamare (or sea salt)
2 teaspoons dried thyme
4 cups packed spinach
½ cups parsley
½ cups fresh basil
