Use this dressing as a creamy dip for carrot sticks or cucumber slices, or drizzle it over a salad of organic lettuce, grated raw beets, grated carrots, and broccoli sprouts.

Preparation Note

The sunflower seeds need to be soaked for 6 to 8 hours in a bowl of water before making this recipe.

Ingredients
½ cups raw sunflower seeds soaked for 6 to 8 hours
¼ cups water
3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
1 cloves garlic peeled
½ teaspoons Herbamare (or sea salt)
¼ cups extra virgin olive oil
¼ cups parsley
