Healing Quinoa Cabbage Soup

Preparation Note

You will need to pre-cook 1 cup of quinoa for this recipe. 

Ingredients
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large sweet onion chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
4 large carrots cut into matchsticks
6 cups water (or bone broth)
3 teaspoons Herbamare
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 cups thinly sliced savoy cabbage (or green cabbage)
½ cups chopped cilantro
freshly ground black pepper
