Ingredients
2 tablespoons avocado oil (or ghee)
1 medium onions finely chopped
1 teaspoons cumin seeds
1 teaspoons black mustard seeds
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
1 serrano chili peppers finely chopped
1 teaspoons garam masala
½ teaspoons ground coriander
½ teaspoons sea salt
2 large bunches kale chopped
1 large bunches mustard greens chopped
1 cups water
1 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime juice)
