This easy Instant Pot black bean soup can be made in minutes! You just need to be sure to soak your dry beans the day before! Serve soup on its own or with a cabbage slaw and a soaked gluten-free flatbread or brown rice flour tortillas for dipping! My children like this soup served with a big scoop of short grain brown rice and sliced avocados.
Preparation Note
Place dry beans into a medium-sized bowl and cover with a few inches of water. Let them soak on your counter for about 8 to 24 hours. Then rinse and drain.
