This cruciferous-rich detox salad is delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Add leftover cooked chicken or salmon for extra protein. 

Ingredients

Salad

1 large bunches kale chopped
1 large English cucumbers diced
2 medium kohlrabi peeled and diced
½ small red onions diced

Dressing

2 small avocados pitted and peeled
2 cups fresh basil (packed)
½ cups plain coconut yogurt
4 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic peeled
1 teaspoons sea salt
