Ingredients
1½ pounds halibut cut into fillets
½ pounds green beans ends trimmed
2 small zucchini sliced into thick rounds
1 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoons lemon zest
¾ teaspoons sea salt
