This spicy daikon-horseradish slaw pairs well with grilled chicken, burgers, or veggie burgers for a nutrient-dense summer meal! The horseradish dressing can be made with either prepared horseradish or finely grated fresh horseradish root. The slaw will last several days in your refrigerator, making it an excellent meal prep recipe if you are working towards bringing in more anti-inflammatory foods into your daily diet!
