Membership Cancellation Policy
Our Service operates on a monthly or yearly subscription beginning with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial, your credit card will not be charged. After the 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly or yearly based on the subscription plan selected at checkout, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Subscription” tab under the “My Profile” icon. Membership cancellations are self-managed through your account portal and must be completed by the account holder. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds are not provided for subscription charges after the 7-day free trial period. After canceling, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current paid subscription cycle.
